Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Team Manager for our stores in the North East of England. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, recruit and develop colleagues, and coach staff to be product and service experts.

You will drive trade activity, apply insights to maximise sales and profits, and ensure resources align with the Store Change Plan. A customer-first mindset and strong leadership will help you inspire the team to exceed expectations.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Recruiting, training, and developing colleagues to build a capable, highâ€'performing team.
