Job summary

Evolution Money is recruiting for a mortgage advisory role in Manchester. You will manage leads across multiple channels, assess client needs, and offer tailored recommendations while meeting service targets.

The role emphasises regulatory compliance under SMCR and requires commitment to studying CeMAP, with training provided. The post holder will work onsite in Manchester City Centre offices at least three days per week, with hybrid options after probation.

What you'll be doing

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where customer needs come first. This challenging role offers strong support to develop your skills and performance.

• Manage leads across multiple channels
• Deliver excellent customer service by evaluating needs and offering tailored recommendations
• Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
• Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
• Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company's responsible lending and underwriting policies
• Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
• Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable, the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided)
• A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role
• Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week
