Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Work Team Manager to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department.

Qualifications

- BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Social Work England Registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle (if applicable)
- Experience of working with people who experience serious ongoing mental health problems
- Experience of working in a mental health settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
