Role Overview:

As a Service Team Manager, you will lead and support our Remote Mental Health service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective support for Bupa corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Oversee a team of Remote Counsellors, Remote CBT Psychotherapists and Psychologists fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
2. Leadership: Develop and coach front-line employees to deliver exceptional service.
3. Continuous Improvement: Review demand, understand customer needs, and implement process improvements.
4. Performance Management: Address performance issues promptly and fairly, ensuring development plans are followed.
5. Training: Mentor staff on new processes and systems, providing one-on-one training to ensure best practices.
6. Resource Optimization: Manage punctuality and absence to maximize available resources consistently.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience managing front-line employees in a customer-focused environment.
2. Experience managing teams within a Mental Health setting.
3. Strong product knowledge (internal).
4. Understanding of continuous improvement principles/QMS.
5. Customer-centric mindset.
6. Excellent planning and time management abilities.
