Job summary
Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a proactive Team Manager to oversee multiple services across the area. You will lead dedicated support workers, coach staff, and drive service improvements to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The role requires leadership experience, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a driver with their own vehicle for travel between services. You’ll contribute to safeguarding and service development while supporting vulnerable adults.
Qualifications

- Driver with access to own vehicle is essential for travel between services.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
- Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements.
- Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes.
