Acuity Care Group is hiring a compassionate Team Leader to oversee a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care to an 18-year-old with complex learning disabilities and a significant visual impairment. You will blend hands-on care with leadership to ensure safe, consistent support.

You will lead, motivate and develop the team, ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed, and maintain thorough documentation and compliance while collaborating with family and healthcare

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care environments with complex needs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Hands-on personal care experience.
• Understanding of care plans and risk assessments.
• Experience with medication administration and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
