Job summary

Great Britain Hockey is seeking a Team Manager to coordinate all off-pitch activities for our international squads at tournaments and training camps. The role covers travel, kit, accommodation, meals, and safeguarding, acting as the main liaison for athletes, coaches and officials.

Ideally, you will also bench manage and handle substitutions on match day to help young players perform at their best. Join us to support Olympic hopefuls and contribute to a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure with tact and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to welfare and safeguarding.
• Experience in international or high-level team sport; hockey knowledge or bench management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-pitch operations at international tournaments and training camps.
• Manage travel, kit, accommodation, floats and dietary needs.
• Be the primary contact for athletes, coaches and tournament officials.
• Run bench and substitutions on match day where possible.
