Job summary

Great Britain Hockey is seeking a Team Manager to coordinate all off-pitch activities for our international squads at tournaments and training camps. The role covers travel, kit, accommodation, meals, and safeguarding, acting as the main liaison for athletes, coaches and officials.

Ideally, you will also bench manage and handle substitutions on match day to help young players perform at their best. Join us to support Olympic hopefuls and contribute to a high-performance environment.

Great Britain Hockey is looking for a Team Manager to keep our next generation of Olympic hopefuls running smoothly, on and off the pitch.

The role

You'll lead all things 'off pitch' at international tournaments and training camps, from travel, kit and accommodation to floats and dietary needs. You'll be the go-to person for athletes, coaches and tournament officials, and (ideally) run the bench and substitutions on match day. It's about creating an environment where young athletes can perform at their best.

You'll bring

• Experience in international or high-level team sport, ideally with some hockey knowledge (bench management experience would be a big plus)
