England Hockey is seeking an exceptional Head of Talent Development (GB & England) to lead the strategic development and delivery of the GB Elite Development Programme and England Talent Strategy. The role sits at the heart of our performance pathway — identifying, developing and transitioning players with the potential to achieve international medal success.

We are looking for an inspirational, strategic leader who can shape a world-class talent system, oversee Talent Academies and Talent Club

• Lead and evolve a world-class GB Elite Development Programme
• Provide strategic oversight of England’s Talent System, including Age Groups, Talent Academies and Talent Club Certification
• Establish a clear and consistent coaching and playing identity across the pathway
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent team
• Use data, insight and innovation to drive better player development
• Build strong partnerships across GB, England and the wider international sporting landscape
