Job summary

The FA seeks an experienced Team Manager to coordinate the administrative and operational delivery of England Development Team tournaments and camps. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 July 2027 and involves regular travel across the UK and overseas.

You will manage squad selection administration, travel, venues, and liaison with clubs and federations, while building internal relationships and ensuring high safety and wellbeing standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Elite Sports environment and travelling with sports teams.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Experience of day to day budget management.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel regularly (UK/Overseas).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative and operational delivery for England Development Team tournaments and camps.
• Oversee squad selection and player call up, itineraries, staffing, travel and accommodation.
• Manage match and training venue arrangements and liaison with hosting clubs and federations.
• Plan and execute match day operations and tournament logistics.
• Budgetary management and financial reconciliation of events.
