Job summary

The FA is seeking an experienced Team Manager to coordinate and manage the administrative and operational delivery of England Development Team tournaments and camps. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 July 2027 and includes regular travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include squad administration, travel planning, liaison with hosting clubs and federations, and financial reconciliation. DBS checks and adherence to safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an Elite Sports environment and travelling with sports teams.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel regularly (UK/Overseas).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational delivery for England Development Team tournaments and camps.
• Manage travel, accommodation, venues, and liaison with clubs and federations.
• Oversee event planning, match day operations, and financial reconciliation.
• Develop relationships across FA departments and with UEFA/FIFA.
• Ensure DBS checks and health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
