About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support site management in running warehouse operations efficiently and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to customers at all times.

Working hours are from 2pm to 10pm, five days over seven.

You will be responsible for

Managing the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods to meet productivity targets within budget, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team leadership.

You will need

Knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry and understanding of business and operational aspects of depot management. Knowledge of transport operations is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required for reporting and disciplinary processes.
