This hands-on role combines leadership with practical support and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, on-call duties and occasional sleep-in responsibilities. The post is based in South Ribble within the Adult Disability Service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two to three teams supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently.
• Provide leadership, guidance and practical support to ensure person-centred care standards.
• Manage a rota including evenings, weekends and on-call responsibilities with occasional sleep-in duties.
