Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and coordinating services for adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to promote person-centred care, independence and dignity.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities to manage rotas and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or three teams to support adults with learning disabilities to live independently.
• Provide guidance, supervision and practical support to staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage a 5-day out of 7 rota including evenings, weekends and on-call duties.
