Job Summary:

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Partners—members of the Partnership—it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek opportunities to improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and productive. This ethos is shared by every Partner and will be part of your role as well.

Taking full responsibility for motivating and leading your team, you'll deliver our John Lewis Food offer with a focus on sales, service, food safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements:

You will manage and mentor your Partners to perform at their best. Your passion for selling will help you develop and coach Partners while delighting our customers. You should possess strong leadership and communication skills, which you'll demonstrate when taking on responsibilities such as Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch.

Desirable experience, skills, and qualifications:
