Large head office location with up to 800 on site. On site facilities include a fast-paced staff dining restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, night service, and vending in the warehouse and hospitality areas.
Total team of 20 staff.

Job Description

• Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders
• Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence, continually pushing the boundaries of brilliance through caring service, food standards, and innovation
• Achieve business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance

Qualifications

• Experience within large-scale contract catering operations
• Culinary background working towards management
• Current management role within distribution, logistics, or commercial contract business
• Passion for food and customer service
• Satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
• Financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in budgeting and driving performance
• Excellent delegation and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Meticulous organizational skills and high attention to detail
