Job summary

Primark Southport is hiring a Team Manager to lead a section of the store, drive sales, and deliver a superb customer experience. You will supervise Retail Assistants, manage stock, visuals and daily tasks, while collaborating with the management team.

This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £33,189, 31 days holiday and a company pension. You’ll shape your team’s development within a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department – including planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways in a supportive place.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
