Primark Wigan is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store team, drive daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the management team, manage a department, plan commercial strategy, stock, visual merchandising, and coach Retail Assistants. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with 5 out of 7 days.

• Motivate and coach your team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while maximising sales.
• Develop your own capabilities through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
