Running a team of around 25 Warehouse Operatives, it’s your job to make sure that every item is perfectly selected, packed, distributed and has the devoted care and attention that our customers have come to expect from our brand over the years. Our largest distribution centre processes up to 600,000 units per day to our retail stores and to our customers' doors which is by no means straightforward.
You will be used to working with different characters and understand what motivates individuals to be the best that they can be. You will drive your team to perform to the highest standards monitoring absence, productivity performance and errors. You will also be identifying ways to keep them on track and focused to achieve their bonus.
About you
Our Warehouses are large, fast paced 24 hour operations so there will often be a need for you to act independently and to think on your feet. Your expertise is valued and as a Team Manager, you will need to search out solutions, drawing upon your previous experience to make sound operational decisions.
