As a group, we’ve seen impressive year on year organic growth as well as growth through diversification and acquisition. We are keen to build on the fantastic results that we are seeing from our talented sales function and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a small start-up team of 2-3 Sales Executives, whilst also aiding in the qualification and quality of the calls and appointments generated.
The Role:
We want a hands-on individual who will lead by example and play a pivotal role in helping us shape and develop the internal outbound sales team as well as planning for the future & managing recruitment into this team. You will have a proven track record with at least 2 years’ experience in a B2B cold calling sales environment. Managing within an appointment setting environment is also a plus, but not essential.
