Job summary

WithYou is seeking a fixed-term Team Leader for its Young Persons Community Drug & Alcohol Service in Preston. The 18‑month post centres on leading a team, supporting the management of the contracted service and keeping staff engaged with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and leading drug and alcohol, mental health or comparable services.
• Experience in developing others and in partnership working with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
• Ability to apply safeguarding practices and respond to safeguarding concerns.
