Job summary

Ashfield District Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our Tenancy & Estate Management and Tenancy Sustainment teams, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused housing management services. You will lead a team responsible for tenancy management, estate management, safeguarding, and responding to anti-social behaviour, while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Proven ability to work with partner agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Tenancy & Estate Management and Tenancy Sustainment teams to deliver high-quality housing management services.
Oversee tenancy management, estate management, safeguarding, and responding to anti-social behaviour.
Drive service performance and continuous improvement through measurement and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to support tenants to sustain tenancies and create safe communities.
