Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Team Leader in Dover to oversee daily operations of the supported living service. You will lead a dynamic team, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of care for the people supported, including shift allocation and staff inductions.

The role involves supervising care plans, medication ordering, finances support, and stepping in for the manager when needed. Prior health & social care leadership and autism/brain injury experience are valued.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experience in a similar Team Leader role.
Experience supporting individuals with autism, brain injury and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service on a day-to-day basis.
Allocate shifts and oversee training and inductions.
Conduct supervision and appraisals of staff.
Develop and update care plans and manage medication ordering.
Support people to manage finances and service operations in the absence of the manager.
