Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader at Barber Gardens in Chatteris. This full-time role pays £14.60 per hour, with shifts from 7am to 10pm across seven days.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care that empowers people to live independently. The role also involves supporting recruitment, training and supervision of staff, and maintaining accurate records with strong written and IT skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading a care team to deliver person-centred support.
