Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader at Barber Gardens, Chatteris, to lead a team of Support Workers and deliver person-centred care. The role focuses on developing staff, recruiting and supervising, and ensuring residents live fulfilling, independent lives.

You will be supported by our values of care, teamwork and inclusion, with access to training, qualifications, and attractive rewards including cycle-to-work and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.

Supported Living Service: Barber Gardens
Contract: Full Time
Hourly Pay Rate: £14.60
Hours: 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday
Shifts: Varied (9hr, 12hr & 15hr)
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence
