Job summary

Specsavers in Shirley, Solihull is seeking a Supervisor to lead a friendly and experienced team in delivering exceptional customer care across optical and audiology services.

You will play a key role in coaching colleagues, maintaining a busy but welcoming store environment, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This full-time role offers training, progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our store

Located on Stratford Road in Shirley, the Specsavers store benefits from a prominent high street location surrounded by a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities. The store is easily accessible by both car and public transport, with regular bus services operating along Stratford Road and Shirley Railway Station nearby, providing convenient links to Birmingham and the surrounding areas.The store features three test rooms and offers both optical and audiology services, creating a professional and customer-focused environment where colleagues can develop their skills while helping customers with their eye and hearing care needs. As part of a supportive and fast-paced team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service and making a real difference to customers every day.
