Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and support the delivery of high-quality care in South Tyneside. You will lead and motivate your team to achieve positive outcomes for individuals we support.

Ideal candidates have experience with adults with learning disabilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within the learning disability sector.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You'll lead and motivate your team while ensuring the best outcomes for the individuals we support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate and committed leader who can inspire others and deliver excellent care.

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable
• NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
• Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years' experience within the learning disability sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
