Change Grow Live in Southport is seeking a Team Leader to oversee substance misuse services for adults. You will lead staff, supervise performance, promote safeguarding, and drive continuous service improvements within a supportive, values-driven culture.

The role emphasizes partnership work, data-driven decision making, and staff development to deliver high-quality care to service users in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with Adults experiencing difficulties around Substance misuse.
• Line management experience
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience with data collection and monitoring
• Ability to build partnerships with partner agencies

Responsibilities

• Provide operational line management to staff, including supervision with reflective practice, conduct appraisals and manage performance and sickness absence.
• Support staff to promote hope, empowerment, choice, and independence for service users, encouraging person-centred practices.
• Ensure organisational values underpin decision-making and service delivery.
• Monitor service quality using data analysis and develop performance plans.
• Identify risks to service users and ensure staff deliver interventions to reduce risk.
• Attend meetings and promote a learning culture within the team.
