Responsibilities include:

You will lead a dedicated specialist team, carrying out tasks such as field walking, sheeting, and other farming activities. This role can be physically demanding, requiring excellent stamina.

As team leader, strong communication skills are essential, along with proactive management to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

No prior supervisory experience is necessary as training will be provided. Minimal paperwork is involved, and farming experience is not required. If you can give clear instructions and motivate staff, this job is suitable for you.

The position is full-time (60 hours/week) from now until year's end, with potential for year-round employment. You must commit to working Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays during peak periods. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will operate company vehicles. A First Aid certificate is advantageous.

Applicants should reside in East Suffolk, preferably near Woodbridge, Ipswich, or Needham Market.

Ultimately, you should lead by example to engage the team and achieve goals.
