Job summary

Job Talent is recruiting an experienced Team Leader to support operational delivery for a key client. You will liaise with the customer, operational teams and internal stakeholders to keep daily activities on track, maintain service levels and resolve issues quickly.

A strong communicator with problem-solving skills is essential for success in a fast-paced environment. The role covers ~7am-3pm with potential 9am-5pm shifts; night shifts include a 20% uplift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries and issues.
• Coaching and mentoring the workforce.
• Drive engagement on the shop floor and improve productivity.
• Identify retraining needs and ensure safety standards are met.
• Manage absence, attendance and performance; conduct return-to-work interviews.
