Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Production shift Team Leader for a market leading UK manufacturer in Darlington. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, lead the team on allocated shifts and ensure targets and quality standards are met.

The role includes coordinating with other departments, maintaining health and safety on the shop floor, and preparing shift reports. Salary £35k with a 16% shift allowance; shift patterns 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
