Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology, process improvement, and efficiency. Our client is based in lovely countryside offices, offering an on-site gym (with free membership!), ample free onsite parking, and woodland walks.

As Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operations of our sales support team. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Director, you will ensure smooth workflow, uphold professionalism and confidentiality, and lead process improvements.

Role Objective

Lead the Sales Support team to maintain high service standards, enhance workflows, support commercial operations, and implement meaningful process improvements. Act as a liaison between support staff and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and overseeing internal team processes to ensure optimal performance and identify process improvements
• Maintaining and increasing business efficiencies across the company
• Supporting reporting requirements across the organization
• Supporting staff development and adherence to workplace standards

Candidate Profile
