Job summary

Clynsaer, a Cygnet specialist residential service near Carmarthenshire, is seeking a Team Leader. You will guide staff, ensure quality care for adults with complex needs, and support daily operations at the site. The role demands leadership, empathy, and strong teamwork.

Salary is £15.39 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, with opportunities for development and ongoing coaching. DBS check will be required as part of pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker ready to step up to a leadership role.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
• Confident, assertive and proactive in managing a service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
