Role: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Rota Work Patterns: Monday – Sunday - 730am-730pm, 3pm-9pm, 8:30pm-8:30am
Enhanced payments : £0.86 - Unsocial Hours,1.5 x hourly rate - Bank Holiday
Our Hawkesbury Lodge Service represents an important investment in supporting people across Coventry and Warwickshire on their recovery journey. Developed in partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, the service combines a 14-bed residential rehabilitation service with an integrated Care Hub, providing a welcoming and recovery-focused environment. Together, these services offer personalised support to people living with severe and enduring mental illness, helping them build confidence, develop greater independence, enhance their wellbeing, and take positive steps towards living successfully within their local communities.
How you will make a difference as a Team Leader:
As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of our residential rehabilitation service. You'll lead a team of Mental Health Recovery Workers, providing guidance, support and practice oversight while also working directly alongside the people we support.
This is a varied role where you'll spend time both leading the team and being actively involved in service delivery. You'll help ensure that support is safe, person-centred, recovery-focused and delivered to the highest possible standard.
Working closely with the Service Manager and external partners, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment where people can develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to achieve their personal goals.
