Job summary

The King’s Trust Team Leader at City of Portsmouth College will recruit, lead, and develop a team through a personal development programme centered on teamwork in the community. You will guide each member’s learning journey to meet college objectives and ensure effective teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

Recruitment of the team in liaison with training managers and partners.
Plan and deliver the programme using Prince's Trust Toolkit.
Provide leadership and safety welfare for the team and manage disciplinary actions when needed.
Set programme objectives to meet team and individual needs and ensure learning outcomes.
Conduct regular team meetings for evaluation and assessment.
