Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Kings Trust Assistant Team Leader to support the 12-week programme for 16-25 year olds, driving recruitment, planning, delivery and evaluation. The role supports pastoral care and collaborates with the Team Leader to ensure high-quality learner experiences at one of London’s leading FE providers.

The role is fixed-term, full-time (35 hours/week) ending 31 July 2027, with DBS checks and a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience across diverse groups (16–25) and partner organisations.
  • Ability to assist in delivering The King’s Trust ETCS qualification from Entry Level 3 to Level 2.
  • Experience organising enrichment activities and events.
  • Ability to identify learner needs and contribute to learning plans.
  • Experience in gathering assessment evidence and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment planning and strategy delivery.
  • Liaise with Job Centres, Connexions, schools and employers.
  • Assist in delivering The King's Trust ETCS qualification.
  • Coordinate enrichment activities and visits.
  • Support learner reviews and progress tracking.
  • Complete reports and returns for CCC and The King's Trust.
  • Participate in health, safety and quality checks during placements.
  • Assist with admin including 1:1s and portfolio progress.
