Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor for the Preston Fishergate area. This role is a 35-hour week with a pay rate of £13.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, covering a multi-site zone.

The role requires driving to locations within the Preston Fishergate area and staying tech‑savvy to use scheduling apps on a mobile device. You will lead a team of retail associates, ensure excellent product presentation and merchandising, and provide zone escalation support.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.
• Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills
• Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visualinstructions
• Has a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands
• Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle. You must be a driver to be able to fulfil the needs of this role, so please only apply if you have a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Access to a device with the operating system of eitherAndroid 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS 13.4 or later
• Confident with the use of Mobile software and Apps

• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales
• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.
• Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment
• Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone

Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Preston Fishergate

35 hours per week- £13.71 per hour

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face to face contact and hands‑on merchandising expertise in the stores that we work with, and line management responsibility to our team of retail associates. In return we provide:

• No weekend working

This will be on a35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. Pay rate is £13.71per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Preston Fishergate

This is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone so you will need to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.
