Job summary

Keane Premier Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and mentor care assistants, ensuring the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of residents. You will lead and coordinate care plans, administer medications, and maintain records with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.

This role requires PVG and two references. You will receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training, with clear opportunities for progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
