Zusammenfassung

Gloucestershire County Council’s Children’s Services seeks a Team Leader to supervise a multi-disciplinary team delivering Intensive Intervention services. You will provide day-to-day leadership, quality assurance and professional supervision to staff, while guiding triage and formulation using specialist expertise.

You will coordinate with education, health, social care and partner agencies to ensure timely, effective interventions that build resilience for children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and delivering evidence-based interventions to children and families within Family Help
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities for multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to build effective partnerships across health, education, social care and community organisations
