Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Family Help Team in the Gloucestershire area, Cheltenham. The role provides operational oversight and quality assurance of Family Help practice, supervising a team to deliver timely, evidence-informed interventions in line with local practice models.

You will oversee practice under the Targeted Early Help and Child in Need frameworks, ensuring caseload supervision, resource allocation, and compliance with legislation and GCC policies.

Job description

Team Manager required for work within the Family Help Team in the Gloucestershire area in Cheltenham. Pay Rate - £47ph. Contract for 3-6 months initially. Flexible hybrid working.

As a Family Help Team Leader, you will provide operational oversight and quality assurance of Family Help practice within an area-based team. You will support workers to deliver high-quality, timely and evidence-informed interventions that reflect Gloucestershire's practice model.

You will directly supervise colleagues delivering support under the Targeted Early Help and Child in Need frameworks. This will include providing high-quality caseload and reflective supervision, maintaining oversight of assessment and intervention work, supporting effective resource allocation and ensuring that practice complies with legislation, statutory guidance and GCC policies.

There is an expectation that you will be in the office for at least 3 days per week depending on business needs.

You will also:
