Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting a Team Leader (Specialist Intervention) to supervise an intensive, multi-disciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions to children and families within the Family Help model.

You will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and professional support, ensuring timely, responsive interventions and high standards in line with legislation and guidance. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and delivering interventions to children and families within Family Help
• Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate partner agencies
• Commitment to learning, reflection and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and high-quality supervision to staff
• Oversee operational delivery, quality assurance and service development
• Lead triage, formulation, and guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed practice
• Collaborate with health, education, social care and partners to coordinate family support
