Your future role
Take on a new challenge in Mansfield and apply your Team Leading expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work alongside a dedicated and passionate Services team in Alstom UK&I.
Day-to-day, working in a manufacturing environment, you’llassist the Ops Manager in the day to day management of the shop floor at the Castlewood ALSTOM Electronics site by providing ‘hands-on’ supervision and leadership.You'll ensure high standards of Health & Safety, right first time, efficiency and service level are consistently achieved. Provide fast resolution to any shop floor related issues when identified and support good levels of communication throughout business. Raise overall standards in performance by developing staff competences and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools. The role would include assisting the Ops manager with accurate recording of all employee absence, holiday recording and overtime when required.
