Job summary

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. seeks a Team Leader for the Wolverhampton Homeless Integrated Recovery Service (WHIRS).

You will provide day-to-day leadership and operational management for WHIRS, a partnership with Recovery Near You, supporting people who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping. You will directly line manage WHIRS Outreach Recovery Workers and Recovery Sustainment Workers, oversee LEAP peers and the LERO initiative, and work closely with the Service Manager and Chief

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising staff in homelessness, housing, substance use, recovery, health, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of WHIRS, ensuring activities align with project purpose and outcomes.
• Line manage WHIRS Outreach Recovery Workers, Recovery Sustainment Workers and coordinate wider team delivery.
• Oversee peer mentors (LEAP) and lived experience involvement, ensuring appropriate supervision and boundaries.
