Cornerstone pubs is seeking a Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and lead the team on busy shifts in Canterbury. You will deputise for the management team, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate the crew to maintain high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll role-model great service, ensure safety and compliance, and empower your team to deliver memorable moments for every guest.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
