Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to lead by example and ensure the shift runs smoothly with a focus on delivering high standards and keeping customers happy.

You will support the management team, guide the team through busy periods, and uphold safe, clean, and compliant bar operations throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferably in pubs or bars.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to deputise for management and lead a team.
• Capacity to stay calm and resolve issues during busy shifts.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
