Job summary

Cornerstone pubs is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers stay happy. You will empower the team to deliver welcoming experiences, maintain high standards, and resolve issues promptly.

In this role you will model excellent service, ensure compliance with safety and allergen controls, and support the management team during busy periods. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality ethos.
• Ability to work well under pressure on a busy shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
