The successful candidate will lead a specialist counter team across Fresh Food Counters, ensuring top customer experiences. You will be responsible for rota planning, guiding staff, and maintaining safety and compliance records, with duties extending to store-level management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality of a team by setting shift goals and providing guidance and example
• Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on shifts
• Act as duty manager in the absence of senior management
• Work across all Fresh Food Counters: Deli, Hot Food, Cheese, Bakery, Meat and Fish
