• Experience of working with Autism/Asperger's.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a care team to support Clair.
• Plan rotas and manage shift coverage.
• Admin duties including sickness & absence management.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff.
• Support personal and professional development within the team.
