Beyond Limits is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our established team in supporting Clair to live her best life. The role involves working closely with the Team Leader, covering shifts, and stepping in during absences while providing compassionate, person-centred care.

The ideal candidate has leadership potential or prior experience in care, a mature outlook, and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development through our induction and training programs.

Qualifications

• Must have some leadership experience or a desire to lead within a care setting.
• Ability to work with a team and support the Team Leader.
• Keen to learn and develop skills through induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Support Clair to live her best life
• Work alongside the Team Leader and colleagues
• Cover shifts and step up when the Team Leader is away
• Participate in shadow shifts and benefit from a comprehensive induction
