Chopstix in Milton Keynes is seeking a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced store, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences. As a key holder, you'll run shifts, coach your team, and work with management to drive performance, ensuring every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with occasional late-night hours up to 4am in select

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.
